Jessica Tranchina is a physical therapist, wife, mother of three, elite triathlete, and founder of the Generator Athlete Lab in Austin, Texas - located in the Seaholm City of Austin Power Plant building.

The Generator Athlete Lab focuses on functional athlete training and, most importantly, recovery, in order to enhance performance in sport and life.

Jessica truly believes that, "any body can be an athlete," and you'll be blown away by the research-based modalities she has installed to facilitate recovery for peak performance.

Her goal is to build community through performance classes, education, speakers, and events. She encourages folks to drop in, open your laptops, grab a cup of coffee and soak in the atmosphere.

How does she juggle it all? She'll be the first to tell you that it's her own community of supporters who have helped her vision become a reality. In fact, that's one of her biggest takeaways from this interview. Find YOUR people to help you reach your goals. You can't go it alone.

In this episode you'll also learn:

  • Why this type of facility is so needed in today's world
  • What event prompted Jessica to want to create Generator Athlete Lab
  • What types of equipment, treatments, and classes are on-site
  • How you can become involved with the Generator Community

We certainly wish Jessica and her team the best of luck!
