It’s not uncommon to feel stressed, lost, angry and even depressed this time of year, so we’re going to therapy today with licensed Psychotherapists, Jill Brenner and Saira John. I first met Saira and Jill when I was a guest on their podcast, “Is Child Free For Me.”

We share about the benefits of seeing a therapist and the misconceptions surrounding it. We also dive into different therapy modalities, what makes someone a good candidate, and why, especially in today’s too-connected world, it’s more important than ever to stay in touch with your feelings.
